Rebola

Here, we do not have a weekend: after an intense week of work, we are still working even on Sunday (February 20th). Today we visited the beautiful village of Rebola, which is located shortly after leaving Malabo to the east. The village is bigger than we thought: It stretches along the slope up the hill and is devided in Rebola Baja, Rebola Media and Rebola Alta. Thick forest can be seen all around. From the church we let our gaze wander over the village and Malabo to the wide sea.

Here, we were also warmly welcomed and were able to work with and learn from very different people. What a nice Sunday program! Thank you Marcelino!

We ended the afternoon with a delicious meal at the restaurant La Luna in Malabo where we could strengthen ourselves again and recover from the heat.
